About Me
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Smith College and a Master’s of Social Work degree from Monmouth University before obtaining my clinical social worker license. This education, along with post graduate certifications in trauma-informed modalities, has paved the way for my clinical practice.
Through my time working in residential programs and within community mental health, I have provided individual, group, and family therapy and pride myself on being an LGBTQ+ affirming clinician. I work within a trauma-informed framework and emphasize the concept of neuroplasticity, which is the brain's innate ability to adapt and create positive change.
When I am not in session, you will find me walking or biking out in nature, reading nonfiction, or searching for the world's best bagel.
